EPJ Consulting Corporation ("EPJ Consulting") is an independent ocean and coastal transportation consultancy company led by Mr. Even P. Johansen. The firm is headquartered in Key Largo, Florida.

The firm was established in 1988 as a Delaware corporation.

Mr. Johansen took over the running of the firm in January 2005 after more than forty years in the water transportation industry. He retired from Odin Marine Group, a company he co-founded 1976.

At the time of his retirement he had built the Odin Marine Group into to a global spanning ship brokerage service company with headquarter in Stamford Connecticut with associated offices in Rotterdam, Dubai, Singapore, Seoul and Houston.

EPJ Consulting Corp provides comprehensive global consulting services on all types of water borne transport requirements as well as technical, contractual and financial advisory and support services related to ocean transportation. EPJ Consulting Corp advises and supports public and private sector transportation industry and financial markets clients with the design, development and execution of their global water related transportation programs.

EPJ Consulting Corp offers direct experience with the world's largest multinational oil and chemical companies, as well as national companies in South America and the Caribbean.
